Housecall members also have full access to office visits, video calls, phone calls, and email exchanges.

Belleview Medical Partners charges a flat monthly membership fee paid directly by the patient or employer. The practice does not bill insurance for membership fees. Members on the Healthy Employee Plan can use DPC alongside existing insurance, which can allow employers to adjust to higher-deductible, lower-premium plans or catastrophic-only coverage.

All plans include unlimited routine, preventive, follow-up, and sick visits, along with 24/7 phone triage. Members also receive in-office diagnostic tests such as strep throat swabs, flu swabs, urinalysis, and EKG. The practice provides significant discounts on lab work and generic medications, plus unlimited specialist coordination and patient advocacy. Telehealth visits and email access to Dr. Sinha are included across all plans.

Yes. College students on a family Concierge plan receive unlimited Telehealth appointments from any campus location. Relatives who visit for extended periods can also join on a monthly basis, giving families flexible options beyond their immediate household.

Employers with five or more employees can enroll their team and family members in the Healthy Employee Plan. Monthly costs calculate per person based on the number of employees and covered family members. Employers, employees, or both can fund the plan. The physician-patient relationship remains private and protected regardless of who pays.

Dr. Sinha sees patients from age 6 to 100 and up. The practice collaborates with dementia consultants and pain management specialists on complex patient cases. For patients not seeking ongoing membership, Belleview Medical Partners also offers one-time assessments for senior living entry physicals, capacity evaluations, power of attorney evaluations, and Adult Protective Services consultations.

Yes. The practice offers one-time health assessments for non-members, including individuals, concerned family members, social workers, attorneys, assisted living administrators, and Aging Life Care Managers. These visits take place either at the Old Town Alexandria office or on-site. Belleview Medical Partners also provides COVID testing to non-patients and businesses on request.
