About
At Virginia Medical Alliance, seven physicians bring together Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, and Gastroenterology under one roof in Springfield, Virginia. Three founding doctors, Dr. Marc A. Eller, Dr. Stacy Y. Oshry, and Dr. W. William Immel, launched the practice in 1998. Today the team also includes Dr. Victoria Currall, Dr. Tripta Singh, Dr. Seema Sharma, and Dr. Dennis Nguyen.
The practice runs a hybrid model, pairing standard insurance-based care with VMA Plus, a membership program offering enhanced access and wellness support. VMA Plus members choose between the Standard and Elite tiers. Both tiers include same and next-day sick visits, unhurried appointments, direct email access to physicians, and a team that includes a registered dietitian and certified fitness trainer. The Elite tier adds in-person consultations and a free month of meal planning. The practice also houses a full-service laboratory and offers on-site gastroenterology procedures, including colonoscopies and upper endoscopies. Corporate Health services and a Chronic Care Management program round out the practice's clinical reach.
