Archway Family Medicine

Adult membership costs $100 per month. Children's memberships run $50 per month and require at least one adult membership. All plans carry a one-time, non-refundable initiation fee of $150. The practice charges no cancellation fees. Family plans and small business employer plans are also available.

The practice does not bill insurance for membership or primary care services. Archway Family Medicine welcomes patients whether they carry insurance or not. Members can still use their insurance for labs, imaging, medications, and specialty referrals outside the practice.

The membership covers all primary care services, including annual visits, well woman exams with pap smear, sports physicals, sick visits, chronic care management for conditions like diabetes and hypertension, mental health care for depression and anxiety, and specialty care coordination. The practice also performs in-office procedures including Nexplanon and IUD placement, steroid joint injections, skin biopsies, laceration repair, and more.

Archway Family Medicine offers same or next-day appointments for members who need to be seen quickly. Visits typically run 30 to 60 minutes. Members can also reach Dr. Dafashy directly by call or text through a private, HIPAA-compliant line, including after hours for urgent matters.

Yes. Members can schedule telemedicine visits when appropriate. Dr. Dafashy also communicates with patients through text for straightforward questions, giving members flexible access without requiring an in-person visit every time.

The practice sees patients starting at two months of age. Dr. Dafashy has a particular focus on young families, children, and adolescents and young adults who are beginning to manage their own healthcare independently.

Archway Family Medicine quotes all costs for labs, imaging, and medications before billing. The practice uses cash pricing for labs, offering members 80 to 90 percent savings. Most common labs cost under $5. Members never encounter surprise bills or co-pays.

Yes. Dr. Dafashy speaks Spanish fluently and welcomes Spanish-speaking patients at both the Pasadena and Webster locations.

Archway Family Medicine has two locations. The Pasadena office sits at 5119 Fairmont Pkwy, Suite D, Pasadena, TX 77505. The Webster office is at 17926 State Hwy 3, Suite 106-B, Webster, TX 77598. The practice serves patients across southeast Houston and surrounding communities including Clear Lake, League City, Pearland, Friendswood, Galveston, and more.
