Arche Health offers three membership tiers. The Standard plan runs $250 per month and includes an annual exam, 11 office visits, unlimited telehealth, and unlimited portal and text messaging. The Premium plan runs $400 per month and adds 23 office visits and two home visits per year when appropriate. A Weight Management Only plan starts at $119 per month plus medication costs. Members who pay annually receive a 10% discount. There are no copays, no coinsurance, and no hidden costs.

Membership covers comprehensive primary care for both adult and pediatric patients. Each tier includes in-person visits, telehealth, phone access, and unlimited portal and text messaging with Dr. Muvvala. Procedures such as skin biopsies, cryotherapy, joint injections, trigger point injections, incision and drainage, and suture or staple removal are included in membership, though supply costs may apply separately.

Arche Health does not bill insurance for membership fees or visits. The practice operates on a direct primary care model funded entirely by monthly membership. Members can carry insurance separately for hospitalizations, specialist referrals, imaging, or other services outside Arche Health's scope. The practice does not share medical records with insurance carriers or employers unless the patient authorizes it.

Members with a high-deductible health plan can use HSA funds toward DPC memberships. FSA accounts may also cover Arche Health membership fees starting January 2026, though eligibility depends on the individual employer plan. Dr. Muvvala recommends confirming with your benefits provider before applying funds.

Yes. Same-day appointments are available to members. Dr. Muvvala structures his panel size to make genuine access possible, including urgent and same-day needs. Patients also reach him directly by text or portal for non-urgent questions.

All office visits, telehealth visits, home visits, and annual physicals run 60 minutes. That length gives Dr. Muvvala time to review history, discuss concerns thoroughly, and build a care plan tailored to each patient.

Yes to both. Telehealth visits run 60 minutes and are available to all members with unlimited frequency. Home visits are included in the Premium plan at two per year when clinically appropriate. Members on other plans can arrange additional home visits for $100 each.

New patients start with a free meet-and-greet visit, either in person or virtually. That 30-minute intro allows Dr. Muvvala to understand your goals and confirm the membership model suits your needs. If you decide to move forward, you enroll online and schedule your first full 60-minute visit.

Yes. Arche Health accepts both adult and pediatric patients. Families can establish care for members across all age groups under a single practice relationship with Dr. Muvvala.

Arche Health requires a 90-day cancellation notice. Membership fees continue throughout that notice period. The practice accepts payment by cash, check, or automatic bank transfer. Credit cards are accepted but may incur a transaction fee.
