aLine Health offers two membership tiers. The Basic Membership costs $120 per month and covers traditional primary care, preventive services, extended appointments, low-cost labs and imaging, and direct physician access. The Full-Scope Membership costs $150 per month and adds same-day or next-day appointments, acute care, and gynecological services. All new members pay a one-time $120 enrollment fee.

Both memberships include all office visits, phone calls, texts, and emails with no copays. Members receive minor procedures such as ear wax removal, abscess drainage, toenail removal, breathing treatments, and B12, antibiotic, and Toradol injections. Membership also covers nutrition education, a personalized wellness plan, and access to wholesale generic medications dispensed directly from the office at 70 to 80 percent below pharmacy costs.

No. aLine Health does not accept insurance or any third-party payments. Patients pay a flat monthly fee directly to the practice. If you carry insurance, Dr. Crow can help you use it effectively for labs, imaging, and specialist referrals outside the practice.

Full-Scope members have access to same-day or next-day appointments. Basic members schedule routine appointments without same-day priority. Appointments run 30 minutes to one hour, giving Dr. Crow meaningful time with each patient.

Yes. Dr. Crow conducts virtual consultations for established patients and for new patients located throughout Louisiana and Texas. Telemedicine visits cover primary care needs, chronic disease management, weight loss consultations, and dementia prevention consultations.

Yes. Dr. Crow leads a physician-supervised weight loss program. She prescribes GLP-1 medications including Wegovy and Zepbound, as well as the oral option Contrave. Oral medication options start at $99 per month. An initial weight loss consultation costs $175 plus the first set of labs.

aLine Health offers two dementia prevention consultation options for patients in Louisiana and Texas. The Complete Brain Health Consultation costs $495 and includes labs, a cognitive baseline assessment, risk factor review, supplement recommendations, and a full brain health plan. The Brain Health Vitamin and Nutrient Evaluation costs $245 and includes labs, risk factor review, and supplement guidance. Both options are available in person or virtually.

Dr. Crow keeps her panel intentionally small to maintain quality care. Once the panel reaches capacity, aLine Health will start a waiting list. The practice runs with only one additional staff member, which keeps communication direct and efficient.

aLine Health primarily serves adults in the Shreveport-Bossier community and patients across East Texas, including Longview, Marshall, and Waskom. Virtual consultations extend access to patients anywhere in Louisiana or Texas.

No. aLine Health does not perform DOT physicals at this time. The practice also does not prescribe chronic pain medications or daily benzodiazepines for anxiety.
