Yes, Dr. Trombley bills insurance for office visits on your behalf. However, the annual membership fee itself is not billable to insurance. Note that Dr. Trombley has opted out of Medicare and does not participate in Medicaid, so Medicare patients will need to sign a private patient contract.

Members can reach Dr. Trombley directly 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Calling one number connects directly to his personal phone rather than an answering service. He also accepts voice messages, faxes, emails, and FaceTime or Skype calls through secure connections.

Dr. Trombley performs pulmonary function testing, EKGs, lesion removal, laceration repair, low-severity trauma management, urinalysis, and CLIA-waived laboratory blood tests. The practice also offers dietary counseling, genetic testing, nutritional testing, weight loss management, and SculpSure non-surgical body contouring.

Yes. Dr. Trombley holds certification for all three classes of FAA medical examinations. The practice also performs DOT exams, Coast Guard exams, school physicals, college physicals, and other administrative or preoperative exams.

Yes to both. Dr. Trombley conducts telemedicine consultations via phone, FaceTime, Skype, and email. He also makes house calls to retirement homes and nursing homes for patients who need care outside the office.
