Dr. Wendy Molaska, MD, FAAFP, holds board certification in family medicine and a fellowship in the American Academy of Family Physicians. She earned her medical degree from the University of Wisconsin Madison School of Medicine and Public Health. Her residency training took place at the University of Minnesota at North Memorial Hospital and Broadway Clinic. After residency, she joined the National Health Service Corps, delivering full-spectrum family medicine in rural Colorado. That experience, combined with over 20 years in both urban and rural practice, shaped her command of "womb to tomb" family medicine. She has also completed medical missions in multiple countries.

Dr. Molaska has served on the Board of Directors of the Wisconsin Medical Society and holds the title of Past President. She co-chairs the Advisory Council for Reach Out and Read Wisconsin, an early pediatric literacy program rooted in primary care settings. She also serves on the Advisory Council for the Wisconsin Council on Immunization Practices. Her work on the Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Taskforce with the Wisconsin Medical Society reflects a long-standing conviction that racism is a public health crisis. She founded Dedicated Family Care to remove barriers between patients and the care they deserve.
