Safiyya Shabazz, MD, FAAFP is the owner and Medical Director of Fountain Medical Associates, PC. She earned both her BS in Chemical Engineering and her MD from the University of Pennsylvania. A Philadelphia native, she attended Central High School before pursuing her medical training at Penn. She completed her internship at Morehouse Family Medicine in Atlanta, then returned to Philadelphia to finish her residency at UPenn's Department of Family Medicine and Community Health.
