Dr. Holmes spent eleven years in rural private practice in St. John, Washington before relocating to Provo. In July 2000, he joined the faculty of the Utah Valley Family Practice Residency Program, where he taught and trained family medicine physicians for two years. He joined Cottontree Family Practice in 2002 and has built a reputation for patient-centered, unhurried care.
