Dr. Omar L. Caban is a board-certified pediatrician and the founder of Phycinity PLLC. He completed his pediatrics residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. During residency, the National Institutes of Health selected him as an NIH Scholar. He earned a Master of Science in Clinical Research during that time. His thesis examined DNA methylation in acute lymphoblastic leukemia and earned publication in the American Society of Hematology journal Blood in November 2009.
