Dr. Karen Saylor is a geriatrics and internal medicine physician with more than 20 years of experience caring for older adults. She holds board certification in both Internal Medicine and Geriatrics. A native of New York, she earned her BS from Stony Brook University and her MD from Upstate Medical University. She completed her Internal Medicine residency at the Medical Center of Delaware, then pursued a Geriatric Fellowship at the University of Washington in Seattle. She settled in Maine in 2015 and opened Coastal Maine Direct Care four years later.
