Dr. Erin Oakley founded Oakley Pine Family Medicine in Falmouth, Maine. She holds board certifications from both the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians. Her medical training began with a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience from Hamilton College. She then earned a Master of Science in Biomedical Science and her medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her Family Medicine residency at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, North Carolina, and has cared for patients since 2016.
Dr. Oakley grew up in the Adirondack Mountains of Upstate New York with a father who practiced osteopathic family medicine. She spent her childhood joining him on hospital rounds, office visits, and home visits. Those early experiences rooted her belief that medicine works best as a relationship built on trust. As a DO, she treats the body as an integrated whole and brings particular passion to OMT, hormone support, mental health management, musculoskeletal care, dementia and cognitive screening, and lifestyle medicine.
