Dr. Strand chose family medicine for the deep patient relationships the specialty makes possible. He founded Integrity Primary Care to put that belief into daily practice. The DPC model gives him the time to listen carefully, develop clinical expertise, and know each patient as a person. He sees patients in the office, connects by phone or text, and makes house calls when needed. Outside of medicine, he practices yoga and raises three children. His family donates a minimum of 5% of practice earnings to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and the Pink Rose Foundation.
