Dr. Doug Nunamaker was born in Joplin, Missouri and raised in Manhattan, Kansas. He graduated magna cum laude from Pittsburg State University with a Bachelor of Science in biology, minoring in chemistry and physics. He earned his medical degree from KU School of Medicine and completed his family medicine residency at Wesley Family Medicine in Wichita.
