Yes. Your Health RI accepts HSA and FSA debit cards. ACH bank transfers and debit cards carry no processing fee. Credit card payments are subject to a processing fee.

The practice recommends that members keep existing health insurance for hospitalizations, specialist visits, emergency care, and major imaging. Your Health RI covers comprehensive primary care. Keeping insurance ensures you have coverage for services outside the practice's scope.

Members reach their physician directly by phone, text, or video. The practice guarantees a same or next-day response. You do not need to wait for a scheduled appointment to ask a question or address an urgent concern.

Appointments run 30 to 60 minutes and the practice never rushes them. The practice caps each physician's panel at 300 patients, which allows adequate time for every visit. Members can book same-day appointments when needed.

Yes, on a case-by-case basis. The practice also offers hospital advocacy visits and transitional care on a case-by-case basis. Virtual visits are available for members who prefer to connect remotely.

Your Health RI offers Point-of-Care Ultrasound imaging, Styku 3D body composition scanning, red light therapy, and massage therapy with a licensed therapist on staff. In-office procedures include EKG, spirometry, ear wax removal, nebulizer treatments, and incision and drainage. These services are available on-site without outside referrals.

Each physician at Your Health RI caps their panel at 300 patients. The practice enrolls on a rolling basis, and enrollment closes when a physician reaches capacity.
