The SOLYMAR Executive Physical covers more than 15 health assessments. These include a comprehensive blood profile, cardiac risk panels with Hs-CRP, ApoB, and LPa testing, EKG and Holter monitoring, coronary calcium scoring, vascular ultrasound, pulmonary function testing, Styku body composition scanning, nutritional and lifestyle analysis, fitness assessment, dermatological screening, cognitive assessment, and vision screening. Imaging such as mammography, carotid ultrasound, and abdominal ultrasound are also available. Some elements may carry an additional fee.

The monthly membership fee falls outside of insurance billing. However, the practice works with PPO, HDHP, FSA, HRA, and HSA plans, particularly for employer clients. SOLYMAR also partners with Zion HealthShare to help members manage large, unexpected medical costs outside the scope of primary care.

Yes. Dr. Gutierrez is fluent in Spanish and the practice maintains a dedicated Spanish-language section of its website. Spanish-speaking patients can communicate directly with Dr. G in their preferred language throughout their care.

Yes. SOLYMAR Direct Health works directly with employers as a DPC employee benefit. The arrangement is compatible with PPO and HDHP plans as well as FSAs, HRAs, and HSAs. Employers can fund the benefit fully, split the cost with employees, or structure it as an employee-funded payroll deduction. The practice offers reduced group rates and provides communication support to help introduce the benefit to staff.

Yes. SOLYMAR offers standalone body composition packages using the Styku scanner. A single scan without interpretation starts at $59. A scan with interpretation by Dr. G and the health coach runs $99. A full body fat analysis package with physician assessment, metabolic risk review, and a follow-up scan is available for $249. Members receive Styku scanning as part of their monthly membership.
