Your Best Health

Your Best Health charges $75 per month for one adult member. Two adults from the same household pay $125 per month. Each additional minor child adds $25 per month, and each additional adult adds $50 per month. Families with multiple minor children pay no more than $200 per month total. The practice accepts card, check, or cash, and also offers barter for those who cannot pay in cash.

Your monthly membership covers all clinic visits, house calls, phone and video appointments, and text message consultations with Dr. Hass. It also includes minor skin-level surgical procedures and DOT physicals for members. There are no additional per-visit fees for these services.

Yes. Your Best Health offers same-day clinic appointments and same-day house calls for members who are sick or have urgent needs. Dr. Hass also responds to texts and phone calls within two hours, and often much sooner.

Your Best Health does not accept insurance for membership fees, and membership is not an insurance product. Your existing insurance still covers services outside the practice, such as ER visits, hospitalizations, surgeries, MRIs, and prescriptions. The practice encourages members to maintain a catastrophic or health share plan alongside their membership.

Yes, you can join as a member even with Medicare. Dr. Hass opted out of Medicare as of December 2, 2023. That means you pay the monthly membership fee directly to the practice. However, Dr. Hass can still order medications, testing, and referrals that Medicare covers. Your Medicare benefits for outside services remain intact.

Yes. Dr. Hass provides telehealth visits by phone or video, and she makes house calls for members who need care at home. Members choose whichever format fits their situation, and Dr. Hass accommodates same-day requests for both.

No. Your Best Health offers month-to-month contracts, so you are not locked into a long-term commitment. You may cancel your membership with written notice when you need to do so.

Yes. Children can join as members with parental consent, even if their parents choose not to enroll. Dr. Hass sees patients of all ages and welcomes families in any combination.

Dr. Hass will refer you to specialists, order tests, and advocate for you throughout your care. The practice does not have hospital privileges, but Dr. Hass stays in contact with members during hospitalizations and supports them through the process. She will help you find the lowest-cost options for services outside the practice's scope.

Your Best Health accepts barter as a payment alternative for those who cannot pay in cash. The practice welcomes that conversation and works to find an arrangement that fits your situation.
