The Concierge Membership costs $125 per month or $1,500 per year paid in a single sum. The practice also offers semi-annual and quarterly payment options. Additional adults in the same household receive a discount off the single adult annual rate. Young adults age 17 to 26 who are children of members pay a reduced rate of $900 per year.

Yes. Westeros Family Practice requires all members to maintain active health insurance. The membership fee covers enhanced access and services not billed to insurance. Your existing insurance continues to cover medications, lab work, imaging, specialist visits, and hospitalizations as it normally would.

Members receive same-day or next-day appointments Monday through Friday, with weekend availability when possible. The membership also includes relaxed, unhurried visits, 24/7 direct access to Dr. Serembytsky by cell phone, text, or email, home visits when appropriate, video conferencing, and help with pharmacy coordination, insurance claims, and expedited referrals and paperwork.

Yes. The membership carries no long-term obligation. You can cancel with 30 days written notice and receive a pro-rated refund for any unused portion of your membership period.

Yes. Dr. Serembytsky offers telemedicine visits for current patients. You need to call the office first to confirm whether your situation qualifies and to schedule the visit.

The practice provides primary care, well child exams, well woman examinations, annual physicals, employment and sports physicals, school physicals, adult and pediatric immunizations, preventive health care, pre-operative clearance, and chronic condition management. Dr. Serembytsky also performs in-office minor surgery including skin tag, mole, and wart removal, gynecological exams, and electrocardiography.

Yes. The practice does not accept new patients who decline vaccination. Dr. Serembytsky and her team firmly support the vaccination schedules recommended by the CDC and the American Academy of Pediatrics.
