Membership fees at Partner Medical vary by age. Adults ages 22-39 pay $125 per month. Adults 40-49 pay $135 per month, and adults 50 and up pay $145 per month. Kids ages 0-21 pay $95 per month, but families with two paying adults get additional children covered at no extra charge. A one-time $100 enrollment fee applies per household, and members who commit to a 12-month plan save 10%.

The membership fee covers unrestricted access to comprehensive primary and urgent care with no additional charges per visit. Members receive same-day appointments, home visits, telemedicine, point-of-care testing, procedures, care coordination, and direct access to their clinician's cell number. Partner Medical does not bill insurance and does not add fees on top of the membership.
