The practice accepts patients ages 7 and older. Children ages 7 to 21 and young adults ages 22 to 25 receive discounted membership rates. Children must have at least one parent or guardian who is also a member.

No. The Wellspring Vital membership tier delivers functional medicine and longevity medicine to patients who want to keep their existing primary care provider. This tier gives you access to advanced lab testing, biomarker analysis, and longevity protocols without requiring you to switch your PCP.

Dr. Bailey offers a broad range of functional and longevity lab tests, including a healthspan assessment panel that tests over 90 biomarkers. The practice also runs panels for gut health, hormones, cardiovascular risk, genetics, cancer screening, and neurological and cognitive function. In-office lab draws are available, and the membership includes one home lab draw annually.
