Volosan Concierge Care charges $199 per month with a minimum three-month commitment. Members who pay annually save 20% on that rate. The membership covers basic annual labs and testing, office visits, ER screenings, heavily discounted lab work, and discounted medications. Labs and imaging outside the annual exam are available at cost.

Yes. Volosan offers a 50% preferential rate for spouses and adult family members of existing members. The practice also offers Volosan Business Advantage pricing, which is customized based on an employer's workforce needs.

Volosan does not accept insurance for membership fees or office visits. The practice operates this way to protect full patient confidentiality. Only the patient and Volosan hold access to medical records. No private, public, or government entity can access those records without the patient's consent. The practice still encourages all members to carry insurance for emergency, hospital, and specialty care.

Members can use health insurance for specialty referrals. Insurance can also apply to medications and lab work, though Volosan's direct pricing is often less expensive than a standard co-pay. Using insurance for labs or medications does remove the full confidentiality guarantee that comes with direct payment through Volosan.

Volosan offers same-day access for both urgent and non-urgent needs. Members can reach Dr. Fine after hours for urgent and emergency matters by phone or text. The practice aims to diagnose and begin treatment the same day a patient calls.

The initial physical exam runs 90 minutes. During that visit, Dr. Fine performs vitals, a full examination, bloodwork, laboratory sampling, an ECG, a fatigue and sleep cycle screening, and nutrition and exercise counseling. Follow-up appointment length varies by need.

Every visit at Volosan is with Dr. Fine directly. The practice does not use nurse practitioners or physician assistants as substitutes. Members see their board-certified physician every time, whether the visit is in-office, via telehealth, or during a house call.

Yes. Dr. Fine uses home telehealth technology when appropriate for diagnosis, and he makes house calls for patients who need in-person care outside the office. This keeps care accessible whether a patient is at home or traveling.

Dr. Fine built Volosan's original program for aviators and pilots, and he continues to offer specialized Aviator Concierge Care. Services include BasicMed evaluations and FAA medical counseling. As a commercially rated pilot with over 20 years of flying experience, Dr. Fine understands the medical and regulatory needs of the aviation community firsthand. The practice now serves any adult seeking comprehensive care.

Volosan Business Advantage (VBA) is an employer-paid plan that gives employees access to a full range of concierge medical services. It also covers workers compensation management. When urgent need arises, Dr. Fine travels to the employee's location for on-site evaluation and treatment. Pricing is customized based on the size and needs of the workforce, and Dr. Fine offers a complimentary in-person consultation to build a tailored quote.
