Executive Care 365 combines a comprehensive annual executive physical with year-round concierge medical services. It is the only program of its kind in the West to pair executive exams with full concierge medicine. Patients receive 24/7 physician access, specialty coordination, and logistics support throughout the year, not just during their annual exam.

The program operates as an employer-sponsored benefit. Individuals can only enroll if their employer offers the Executive Care 365 benefit. The program does not accept individual sign-ups. Those whose employers do not offer it may consider the Virginia Mason Franciscan Health Concierge Medicine program.

As of 2025, the program is not accepting new employer engagements. Virginia Mason Franciscan Health has placed a hold on new company partnerships until further notice. Existing employer accounts and their enrolled executives continue receiving care.

The exam typically runs about three hours. m. and take place at either the Seattle or Bellevue medical centers. The practice sends patients a detailed itinerary in advance with instructions on fasting, parking, and what to bring.

The physical covers a comprehensive laboratory panel testing more than 50 measures, thyroid function, urinalysis, and a cardiac treadmill stress test. Depending on age and gender, the exam may also include carotid intimal media thickness ultrasound, coronary artery calcium scanning, mammogram, pap smear, PSA prostate screening, DEXA bone density, and abdominal aortic ultrasound. Colonoscopy is recommended starting at age 50.

No. All results from an executive physical remain fully confidential. The practice does not share results with employers under any circumstances. Executives receive their test results and a written physician summary by mail within a few days of the exam.

Yes. Executive Care 365 physicians give patients their cell phone numbers for direct 24/7 access. Physicians are available for everything from routine questions to urgent coordination with specialists, regardless of where a patient is located.

Virginia Mason Medical Center provides parking passes and valet service for patients. The Bellevue Medical Pavilion offers free parking. The practice handles all scheduling, health record coordination, and logistics so executives spend no time waiting or navigating the process themselves.
