All patients at Vibrant Kids Pediatrics must enroll in a Direct Primary Care membership plan. The practice offers three plan options: Primary Pediatric Care, Wellcheck EZ, and Pediatric Consult. Enrollment happens online through the practice's membership portal. Note that the Primary Pediatric Care plan currently has a waitlist with an estimated wait exceeding 24 months, but Wellcheck EZ and Pediatric Consult memberships remain open.

The Primary Pediatric Care plan runs $85 per month and covers primary pediatric care with no co-pays or insurance billing. Families with four or more children pay fees capped at the four youngest children's total. The Wellcheck EZ plan is an annual option at $200 for healthy patients who need only annual wellness exams. Membership fees collect automatically by monthly draft.

Vibrant Kids does not bill insurance for membership fees or in-office services covered by a plan. You may use your insurance for services ordered outside the office, such as lab testing or diagnostic imaging referred to external providers.

Yes on both. Vibrant Kids offers same-day appointments for members with urgent needs. Members also reach the care team through phone, video call, electronic messaging, or text. After-hours on-call provider paging handles urgent needs outside of regular office hours.

Mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy (mHBOT) uses a pressurized soft chamber to increase oxygen levels throughout the body, supporting the body's natural healing processes. 3 atmospheres, the highest FDA-approved pressure for private use. The practice applies mHBOT for inflammation, ASD, and Lyme disease. HBOT services are cash-only: a la carte 60-minute sessions run $75, with package pricing available for 10, 20, or 40 dives.

Yes. Vibrant Kids opens its phlebotomy services to the entire community, not just current members. The practice charges a $25 convenience fee for non-DPC blood draws. Nurse phlebotomists trained to work with sensory-sensitive pediatric patients perform all draws. The practice sends labs to a wide range of reference laboratories including LabCorp, Quest Diagnostics, IGeneX, Genova Diagnostics, and others.

Vibrant Kids runs a fully integrated online supplement dispensary through Fullscript, which connects directly to each patient's EHR. Dr. Dickerson writes supplement prescriptions that track automatically in the medical chart. The practice also carries LymeCore Botanicals and stocks a curated selection of supplements for purchase at the front desk.

The practice holds particular expertise in Autism Spectrum Disorder, PANS/PANDAS, ADHD, and Asperger's. Dr. Dickerson also works with children managing other chronic inflammatory disorders. She takes a functional medicine approach to these conditions, focusing on root causes and biomedical therapies rather than relying solely on prescription drug management.

Standard appointments run 20 minutes. The DPC membership model gives members direct access to the care team between visits through phone, text, electronic messaging, or video call, so clinical communication extends well beyond the appointment itself.
