About
Dr. Jill Dickerson has spent over 27 years building one of the most clinically distinctive pediatric practices in Georgia. She earned her medical degree from the University of Tennessee, Memphis School of Medicine in 1996. She then completed her internship and residency at University of North Carolina Hospitals at Chapel Hill in 1999. She holds dual fellowship status as a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics (FAAP) and a Fellow of the Medical Academy of Pediatrics Special Needs (FMAPS). That FMAPS designation equips her with deep expertise in biomedical treatment approaches for ASD and PANS/PANDAS.
She began her career at Growing Child Pediatrics in Raleigh, NC, helping that practice grow from three physicians to a 13-provider, multi-site organization. In 2008, she relocated to Newnan, Georgia, her husband's hometown, to raise their family closer to extended family. After practicing with PAPP Clinic PC and later Piedmont Pediatric Physicians, she founded Vibrant Kids Pediatrics in 2012. Personal experience with her own children deepened her passion for chronic conditions including ADHD, Autism, Asperger's, and inflammatory disorders. She focuses on biomedical therapies and the interconnectedness of chronic inflammatory conditions, always aiming to lessen the need for prescription drug treatments.
