Membership at Vibrance Family Health + Care starts at $100 per month. 33 per day. Members pay a one-time non-refundable enrollment fee at registration, then a flat monthly fee with no co-pays, no deductibles, and no insurance billing for primary care visits.

Adult memberships include unlimited primary care visits, annual wellness exams, and a standard panel of routine annual labs. That panel covers CBC, CMP, TSH, fasting lipid panel, urinalysis, Vitamin D, HbA1c, and PSA as indicated. Additional labs, procedures, and services are available at deeply discounted pricing.

Vibrance covers primary care, but members should carry some form of coverage for hospitalizations, specialist care, and emergencies. The practice works well paired with a high-deductible health plan. Starting January 1, 2026, a new federal law allows HSA funds to pay for a DPC membership when combined with an HDHP.

Yes. Vibrance offers same-day and next-day appointments for urgent care needs. Members also reach their provider directly by phone, text through the Spruce app, email through the Elation Passport portal, or video visit. That direct access means members rarely wait long for a response.

Yes to both. The practice offers video visits through the Elation Passport portal and Spruce app. House calls are available at the provider's discretion for a $100 convenience fee. After-hours visits also carry a $100 fee.

Vibrance accepts Medicare patients. Katie Peters has opted out of Medicare billing, so members pay the monthly membership fee directly rather than through Medicare. The practice does not currently accept Medicaid patients under Nebraska law. Tricare is accepted.

Vibrance provides psychiatric medication management through PMHNP Brendie Ellison. This service addresses conditions including depression, anxiety, ADHD, and stress. It does not include counseling or psychotherapy, but the practice coordinates with outside mental health professionals to support whole-person care.

Yes. Katie Peters is a Biote Certified Provider and delivers bioidentical hormone pellet therapy for both men and women. Female members pay $275 per treatment, with pellets placed every three to four months. Male members pay $475 to $650 per treatment, with placement every three to six months. Non-member pricing is also available.

Vibrance negotiates direct pricing that significantly reduces out-of-pocket costs. Example lab prices include CBC at $3, CMP at $5, TSH at $4, and a lipid panel at $10. Select generic medications are also available by mail at low flat prices, such as Metformin 500mg for $15 per 180 tablets.

Yes. Vibrance offers group membership options for employers. Businesses can pair a Vibrance DPC membership with a high-deductible health plan to give employees comprehensive coverage at a lower overall cost. Starting January 1, 2026, employees can use HSA funds to cover DPC membership costs under new federal rules.
