Vero Women's Care offers two membership tiers: Gynecology Only and Gynecology + Primary Care. The Gynecology Only membership provides full-scope gynecologic care from a board-certified gynecologist. The Gynecology + Primary Care membership adds primary care services from a board-certified family physician. Both tiers include extended appointments, same-day or next-day scheduling, and 24/7 direct physician access.

Yes. Vero Women's Care operates as a hybrid concierge practice and bills your insurance for standard services. You pay an additional membership fee on top of your insurance coverage. Maintaining active insurance or Medicare remains important for covering your broader healthcare needs.

Members at Vero Women's Care have 24/7 direct access to a physician by cell phone, text message, or email. A physician with full hospital privileges remains on call for members around the clock. This direct line of communication allows you to discuss medical concerns without waiting for a scheduled appointment.

Yes. The practice offers flexible video and telephone visits for members. Telemedicine appointments give members the ability to connect with their physician from home when an in-person visit is not necessary.

Members at Vero Women's Care have access to pelvic floor physical therapy, nutrition counseling, mental health services, and aesthetic services. The practice bills insurance for pelvic floor physical therapy and nutrition counseling for concierge members. Mental health and aesthetic services are cash-based, and concierge members receive a 10% discount on both.

Yes. The practice also accepts traditional insurance-based referrals for acute gynecologic concerns. Your primary care provider can send a referral to Vero Women's Care, and the practice will contact you promptly to schedule. Vero Women's Care is credentialed with most major insurances for this purpose.

Dr. Bruce and Dr. Crawford hold full gynecologic hospital privileges at Sebastian River Medical Center and Indian River Cleveland Clinic Hospital. If you require hospitalization for a non-gynecologic issue, the team communicates directly with your hospitalist and keeps you and your family informed throughout your care.

Yes. The practice performs in-office testing for UTI, influenza, COVID-19, RSV, and strep. It also provides in-office pelvic ultrasounds with immediate results, electrocardiograms, and blood draws. The SECA Technology system delivers clinically validated body composition analysis on site.

Vero Women's Care serves women exclusively. All providers at the practice are female. The practice sees women throughout Indian River, St. Lucie, and Martin Counties in Florida.
