Yes. Members need to maintain health insurance to cover specialty care, hospitalizations, laboratory work, and diagnostic studies. The annual membership fee covers Dr. Brown's services at the practice, not outside services.

Yes. Members have direct telephone access to Dr. Brown 24 hours a day, seven days a week. When Dr. Brown is away for vacation, continuing medical education, or illness, the practice provides a substitute physician and gives members contact instructions.

Primary Concierge Vero offers same-day or next-day appointments. Once you arrive, you can expect little-to-no wait time. The small practice size allows Dr. Brown to keep appointments unhurried and thorough.

Yes. Dr. Brown visits patients at home, in nursing facilities, in rehabilitation facilities, and in Adult Congregate Living Facilities when the situation is medically appropriate. He also makes courtesy visits to the hospital and coordinates care with specialists when patients are admitted.

Membership covers physicals, acute and chronic condition treatment, health risk assessments, screening tests, EKGs, onsite courtesy lab draws, aesthetics, joint injections, diagnostic and wellness exams, and minor office procedures. Services outside typical family medicine scope, such as obstetrical care and atypical diagnostic tests, fall outside the membership.

Dr. Brown has spent more than 30 years building relationships across the Vero Beach medical community. He draws on that specialist network to facilitate timely, appropriate referrals. When you are hospitalized, he coordinates directly with your specialist team.
