Vegas DPC charges $150 per month or $1,650 per year for individual membership. Family plans are also available: a family of four pays $350 per month or $4,200 per year, and couples can join for $280 per month. All plans require a minimum 12-month commitment. The membership covers all office visits with no co-pays, no deductibles, and no pre-authorizations.

Members receive unlimited office visits, virtual visits, texting, email, and phone access to Dr. Hakimi. The initial in-person visit is included. New members also receive a $998 value onboarding package that includes a 60-minute health and wellness consultation, a comprehensive health exam and lab screening, a full medical history review, and a medication analysis and cost reduction review.

Vegas DPC does not bill insurance for membership fees or office visits. Members can still use their insurance for labs, prescription medications, imaging, specialty referrals, and hospitalizations. Dr. Hakimi has negotiated discounted lab prices with local offices, and she passes prescription discounts directly to patients at cost.

Yes, Vegas DPC offers house calls. Members pay an additional $200 per home visit. Non-members can also request home visits for $400 per visit.

Yes. Vegas DPC offers same-day appointments for urgent care needs. The practice also provides telehealth visits by phone or video, included in the membership. Non-members can access a telehealth call for $150.

Yes. Dr. Hakimi sees patients of all ages, including pediatric patients from newborn through age 17. Child office visits for non-members cost $125, and child urgent care visits cost $100.

Vegas DPC schedules appointments up to 60 minutes. Longer visits give Dr. Hakimi meaningful time to review your history, address multiple concerns, and develop a thorough care plan.
