YourMD

The YourMD annual retainer fee is $2,400 per adult family member. For children under 18, the first child costs $1,700 per year and the second child costs $1,200 per year. YourMD accepts payment in full or in semi-annual or quarterly installments, though installment payments carry a $50 fee per installment.

YourMD members receive a comprehensive annual physical exam, up to 10 office visits per enrollment year, a follow-up appointment to review results, and direct access to Dr. Pierce by private cell phone and email after hours and on weekends. The annual physical includes CBC, chemistry panel, lipid panel, thyroid testing, urinalysis, vision screening, EKG, and office spirometry. Members also receive covered parking and a private entrance and exit at the office.

REALPhysical is designed for individuals who are generally healthy and typically see a doctor once or twice a year. The $1,200 annual fee covers a comprehensive physical exam and a follow-up appointment to review results. REALPhysical patients can add extra visits at $200 each or upgrade to the full YourMD membership.

REALAccess is a pay-per-visit option for patients who want access to Dr. Pierce without an annual membership. REALAccess patients typically schedule appointments within 24 to 48 business hours, often the same day. This tier works well for patients who need occasional care without a recurring commitment.

YourMD does not contract with managed care plans. The practice keeps treatment decisions between the doctor and the patient, free from insurance restrictions. Non-Medicare patients may submit charges to their own insurance for services rendered outside the retainer fee.

YourMD typically schedules appointments within 24 to 48 business hours of your call, and same-day visits are often available. Dr. Pierce also provides direct after-hours access via private cell phone and email, so patients can reach him on weekends and while traveling.

Yes. Dr. Pierce can see visiting guests for a nominal fee of $200 plus any incidentals. This makes it convenient for family members or friends traveling to Henderson who need medical attention.

YourMD keeps insurance companies out of the exam room so that Dr. Pierce and each patient can make treatment decisions together, without outside restrictions.
