Valor Direct Primary Care

Valor Direct Primary Care offers two membership types. The Core Membership costs $100 per month for patients under 40 and $175 per month for patients over 40. The Virtual Membership costs $100 per month for all ages. Both memberships cover unlimited access to primary care services, including in-office visits, telehealth, and procedures. The practice does not bill insurance or charge copays.

The flat monthly fee covers a wide range of services with no copays. Members access in-office visits, telehealth, preventive care, urgent care, chronic disease management, mental health care, hormone replacement therapy, skin procedures, joint injections, EKGs, labs, and more. Dr. Burrer handles most primary care needs under the membership without additional charges.

Yes. Valor DPC offers same-day and next-day appointments. Appointments typically run 45 to 60 minutes, and first visits run 60 to 90 minutes. Dr. Burrer also arranges after-hours and weekend visits when needed. Members can reach him directly by phone, text, or video through the Spruce secure messaging platform.

Yes. Valor DPC offers telehealth to both local and non-local patients. Dr. Burrer holds telehealth licenses in Arizona, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, Nevada, and Tennessee. The Virtual Membership is a great option for patients outside the Carmel area, including college students.

Yes. Dr. Burrer makes house calls for members who need care at home. This is part of his commitment to accessible, relationship-centered medicine. Patients can arrange house calls through direct communication with the practice.

Valor DPC does not bill insurance for membership fees or services. The practice operates on a flat monthly fee model. Many members carry a high-deductible plan or health-sharing plan alongside their Valor membership for specialist visits or hospitalizations.

Yes. Dr. Burrer sees patients of all ages, from pediatric through geriatric. Valor DPC functions as a true family medicine practice, so one membership covers the full lifespan. Families can use Dr. Burrer as their single primary care provider across generations.
