UHeal Direct Primary Care

The standard adult membership runs $125 per month for patients ages 18 to 99. Children under 18 pay $25 per month with one enrolled parent. A Family Plan covering two parents and two children costs $250 per month. A one-time enrollment fee equal to one month's payment applies at sign-up. UHeal DPC auto-bills on the first of each month and allows cancellation at any time without penalty.

UHeal DPC operates outside of insurance billing entirely. Members pay a flat monthly fee with no copays or deductibles. The practice contracts with LabCorp and Quest for labs and passes along transparent, wholesale pricing. If your insurance offers better rates for labs or imaging, you can use it for those specific costs.

Most members can use a flexible savings account to cover the monthly membership fee. Check with your employer to confirm your plan's specific rules before enrolling.

Every membership includes 60-minute appointments, unlimited texts and video calls with Dr. Chauhan, and same-day urgent video visits. The practice responds to messages within 24 hours on weekdays. Members also access wholesale medications at savings of up to 90% and transparent pricing on labs and imaging.

UHeal DPC recommends that members also carry insurance for major illness, surgery, emergency care, or hospitalization. Those services fall outside the membership. Dr. Chauhan can refer members to an insurance representative to help customize a plan.

Yes. Dr. Chauhan offers same-day urgent video calls and unlimited video visits as part of every membership. Members can also reach her directly by phone or text. She responds to messages within 24 hours, excluding weekends.

Yes. The Home Visit Only membership costs $300 per month and includes 12 house calls per year. Dr. Chauhan comes directly to the patient's home. This tier also includes telemedicine visits and the full range of primary care services.

No. UHeal DPC does not provide OB care, including pregnancy or prenatal services. Patients who need obstetric care should seek a separate OB provider. Dr. Chauhan can help with referrals.

UHeal DPC contracts with LabCorp and Quest Diagnostics for lab work. Dr. Chauhan bills members directly during appointments and provides transparent pricing upfront. Imaging pricing is also disclosed ahead of time through contracted local imaging centers.

Yes. UHeal DPC now accepts Medicare patients. Medicare members pay the standard monthly membership fee and receive the same full scope of primary care services as all other members.
