Olive Branch DPC

Adult membership at Olive Branch DPC costs $100 per month. Children ages 0 to 18 pay $30 per month when a parent or guardian is also a member, or $50 per month without a parent member. Full-time students pay $50 per month. A one-time enrollment fee of $50 plus the first month's fee applies when joining. Patients who cancel and later re-join pay a $200 re-registration fee.

The monthly fee covers all clinic visits with no additional co-pay, whether for a routine physical, a chronic condition follow-up, or an acute problem. Procedures requiring less than $10 in supplies are included. Supply costs over $10 for procedures are charged separately. Labs run through a LabCorp account at discounted cash-pay rates, with the cost added to the next month's membership fee.

No. Olive Branch DPC does not accept any insurance, including private insurance, Medicaid, or Medicare. Dr. Liu recommends that patients without insurance carry a catastrophic plan to cover hospitalizations or major medical expenses. Patients with employer-sponsored insurance can still use that coverage for specialists, imaging, and medications outside the practice.

Yes. R. 1 in July 2025, patients may use HSA funds to pay for DPC membership starting in January 2026, up to $150 per month.

Members receive Dr. Liu's direct phone number for urgent matters outside of office hours. For non-urgent questions, patients can send a message through the patient portal. Dr. Liu checks voicemail twice daily during office hours and responds to urgent texts as promptly as possible.

Appointments typically run 30 to 60 minutes. Dr. Liu also offers same-day visits for truly urgent problems, contacting patients by text or phone to arrange a time.
