UCLA Comprehensive Health Program

The program accepts both company and individual billing. Companies can arrange to bill directly for executive physicals provided to their staff. Individuals can also enroll through private billing without a company contract. edu.

The Executive Physical covers a thorough internal medicine examination, comprehensive lab work, cardiovascular assessment, hearing and vision screening, body composition testing, pulmonary function testing, and gender-specific screenings. The Executive Physical Plus includes all of those services plus specialty consultations, advanced cardiovascular imaging such as carotid plaque scanning and Doppler flow peripheral vascular testing, and town car sedan pickup and drop-off within a 20-mile radius of UCLA, including LAX.

Yes. Companies can establish a direct billing contract with the UCLA Comprehensive Health Program. Human resources representatives can call directly to discuss setting up an arrangement. The program also welcomes inquiries from individual executives who want to participate without a company contract.

Physicians discuss results and recommendations during an exit visit or phone call at the end of your appointment. You also receive real-time access to all test results through the secure MyUCLAHealth patient portal. Upon request, the program sends a comprehensive written report directly to your primary care physician.

Yes. The program provides access to UCLA specialists at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center. CHP Liaisons coordinate and schedule any specialty consultations your physician recommends. These are planned to take place during your visit day whenever possible.

A CHP Liaison personally escorts you to every consultation and test throughout your visit. Liaisons handle all logistical coordination, including scheduling, travel assistance, and transportation needs. The Executive Physical Plus tier also includes town car sedan pickup and drop-off within a 20-mile radius of UCLA.

Yes. The program has arranged special discounted hotel rates at several nearby properties, including the Bel Air, Peninsula, W, Doubletree, and Crowne Plaza Hotels. Most out-of-town patients arrive the evening before their evaluation, since testing begins early in the morning. Contact your CHP Liaison to reserve under the program's special rate.

The UCLA Comprehensive Health Program occupies Suite 525 at 100 UCLA Medical Plaza, within the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center campus in Westwood, Los Angeles. The suite includes the amenities of a private medical office, with telephone, fax, Internet access, and photocopying available to patients.

Yes. The program tailors each evaluation to the individual patient. Women's health services include pelvic examination, Pap smear, mammogram, osteoporosis testing, and cervical HPV screening. Men's health services include PSA screening, testosterone screening, and bone densitometry where indicated. The Executive Physical Plus adds a urology consultation for men and a women's health specialist consultation for women.

Yes. The program offers travel vaccination counseling and administration. This service carries an additional cost beyond the standard physical package. Ask your CHP Liaison about adding vaccination services when you schedule your visit.
