Executive membership costs $1,000 per month and adds monthly house calls and advanced screening. Chronic Care membership costs $2,000 per month and provides intensive physician oversight for complex or aging patients at home.

Core membership includes unlimited office visits, guaranteed same-day in-person or virtual appointments, 24/7 physician access via a secure app, an annual comprehensive exam with EKG and 50-plus biomarkers, quarterly assessments tracking up to 75 biomarkers, personalized wellness reports, expedited specialist referrals, and same-day at-home sample collection.

Yes. Concierge Doc guarantees same-day appointments for all members. Patients can choose in-person visits at the Century City office or a virtual visit via Zoom. The practice also offers same-day at-home nursing visits for lab sample collection.

The Advanced Screening Package includes a Prenuvo Full Body MRI, a GRAIL liquid biopsy, genetic cancer predisposition testing across 48 genes, echocardiogram, carotid ultrasound, coronary calcium scan, brain MRI, genetic dementia testing, and pTAU217/A42 ratio Alzheimer's testing. Executive membership includes the Prenuvo Full Body MRI and the Galleri multi-cancer detection test as standard benefits.

Yes. Concierge Doc designed the Chronic Care membership for patients who need the level of oversight typically associated with a nursing facility but prefer to remain at home. The physician serves as the primary coordinator across all caregivers and specialists, creating a unified care plan and reducing unnecessary hospital or office visits.

Yes. Concierge Doc offers secure virtual visits via Zoom for all members. Same-day virtual appointments carry the same guarantee as in-person visits. Members access telehealth directly through the practice app.

Core members can customize their membership with optional packages.
