Yes. TrueCare charges a one-time enrollment fee of $75 per individual or $150 per family. If you pay for a full 12-month membership upfront, the practice waives the enrollment fee. If your membership lapses and you wish to re-enroll later, a $300 re-enrollment fee per person applies.

Membership covers all in-office and virtual visits with Dr. Heagy, direct communication by phone, email, and text, preventive care and routine screenings, discounted prescriptions and labs, and point-of-care testing. That testing includes flu, COVID, urinalysis, rapid strep, and EKG. Membership does not cover additional bloodwork, imaging, vaccinations, or pathology services from biopsies or pap smears, though discounted rates apply to most of those services.

TrueCare operates outside of insurance billing for membership fees and covered services. However, you can use insurance for items not included in the membership, such as vaccinations, additional lab work, and imaging. Many patients pair DPC membership with a high-deductible insurance plan to manage overall healthcare costs.

Yes. TrueCare Family Medicine accepts Medicare patients. Medicare members sign a waiver every two years as part of the enrollment process.
