Annual fees vary by physician and patient age. Adult fees range from $2,500 to $5,000 per year depending on which TAM doctor you choose. Young adult and child plans are available at lower rates through select physicians. Total Access Medical offers monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual payment plans to fit different budgets. The annual fee is HSA-eligible.

Total Access Medical does not bill insurance for the annual enrollment fee. The practice recommends that members maintain separate insurance for specialist visits, hospital services, and prescription coverage. Medicare patients are welcome, though Medicare does not cover the TAM membership fee.

Each TAM physician allots 30 minutes per appointment. The practice offers same-day and next-day appointments for members. Physicians also provide direct access via personal cell phone and email, so you can reach your doctor outside of scheduled visit times.

Yes. Total Access Medical encourages prospective patients to schedule a free meet-and-greet with one or more physicians before committing. The meeting carries no obligation. It gives you a chance to ask questions, discuss your health needs, and determine whether a particular doctor is the right fit.

Yes. TAM physicians offer telehealth appointments and conduct home visits and home blood draws. The practice also uses remote diagnostic tools, such as photo-based consultations, to address issues like skin conditions without requiring an in-office trip.

The practice covers primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, geriatric medicine, and preventive care. Several TAM physicians also offer integrative and functional medicine, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, IV nutrient therapy, longevity medicine, and precision medicine. Every membership includes an annual comprehensive executive physical. The practice also handles specialist management and appointment scheduling on behalf of members.

The Total Wellness Network is an added benefit for TAM members. It includes up to six free nutrition counseling sessions, access to personal training, and a physician-recommended online supplement resource. It extends the practice's integrative philosophy into everyday health and lifestyle support.

Yes. TAM physicians practice across the greater Philadelphia region, including locations in Delaware and Southern New Jersey. The network includes offices in Bala Cynwyd, Wayne, and West Chester in Pennsylvania; Wilmington in Delaware; and Mt. Laurel in New Jersey.
