Dr. Frank Pettinelli Jr., DO, earned his B.A. in biology from Temple University in 1978 and his osteopathic medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1982. His post-graduate training included a rotating internship and internal medicine training at the Hospital of PCOM, as well as coursework through the Institute of Functional Medicine. The American Osteopathic Board of Practitioners certified him in both family practice and geriatric medicine.
Dr. Pettinelli joined his father's practice in Mt. Laurel in 1984 and has been part of that community ever since. He spent 20 years as Medical Director of the Mt. Laurel Convalescent Center, one of the largest nursing and rehabilitation centers in South Jersey, and played a central role in launching the region's first sub-acute rehabilitation program. , and has participated in clinical drug trials through Summit Research Solutions. He guest lectures at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and holds special interests in integrative medicine and anti-aging. He joined the Total Access Medical network in October 2007.
