Thrive Med operates on a direct primary care model with a flat monthly fee. That fee covers all in-person and virtual visits plus a baseline EKG. The practice keeps its patient panel intentionally small for same-day availability and unhurried appointments. Dr. Tenwolde handles everything from newborn checks and prenatal care to chronic disease management, minor surgery, and women's health procedures. She dispenses medications in-house, often at prices below a copay or GoodRx rate. The practice also runs in-house labs and point-of-care testing. Aesthetics services are coming soon under the banner of looking better while living longer.
