About
At The Tiny Beet, Dr. Yolanda Rivera-Caudill brings 30 years of pediatric experience to Savannah's first Pediatric Lifestyle Medicine DPC practice. Her clinical mission centers on helping children build healthier lives through evidence-based, root-cause care. She pairs general pediatrics with Lifestyle Medicine to address the habits and conditions that shape long-term health.
The practice serves children from birth through age 18. Membership tiers organize care by age group: Sprouts (0-2), Seedlings (2-5), and Lil' Beets (6-18). Each tier includes 30-minute blocked visits, same or next-day sick appointments, well checks per AAP guidelines, telemedicine, and direct access to Dr. Rivera-Caudill. The Sprouts tier adds three home visits for newborns in the weeks following hospital discharge. Dr. Rivera-Caudill also teaches families how to cook nutritious meals with budget and timing in mind. Sports physicals, lactation support, developmental screenings, and chronic care management round out the clinical scope.
