The practice offers two monthly membership tiers for adults 18 and older. Essentials Care runs $130 per month and provides PA-led care for straightforward primary care needs. Concierge Care runs $245 per month and delivers physician-led care with priority access and deeper continuity. Both tiers operate on a 12-month contract and cover up to 20 visits per year with no copays or deductibles.

The Women's Longevity Program is a physician-led, year-long program priced at $4,750 all-inclusive. It covers four visits across 12 months and includes advanced hormone and metabolic lab work, DEXA bone density and body composition testing, VO2 max testing, a personalized hormone optimization plan, and a nutrition and training roadmap. Dr. Wobbekind leads each visit personally and tailors the plan to each patient's goals and lifestyle.

The Golden Stethoscope does not accept any form of insurance, including commercial plans, Medicare, or Medicaid. Patients pay a flat monthly membership fee that covers in-office care with no copays or deductibles. For medications, labs, and imaging, most insurance plans still allow patients to use their coverage separately, and the practice helps identify the most affordable path in each situation.

Dr. Wobbekind shares her personal cell phone number with patients. Members can reach her by phone, text, or email around the clock. She aims to return same-day calls and makes herself available for urgent questions at any hour.

The Golden Stethoscope caps its panel at 400 patients per doctor. Once Dr. Wobbekind reaches that limit, the practice does not accept new patients for her until an existing patient leaves.

The practice schedules 60 minutes for each appointment. Same-day and next-day visits are available for acute needs. Members can use up to 20 appointments per year as part of their monthly membership.

Members receive a range of in-office procedures included in their membership fee. These include joint injections, EKGs, urinalysis, rapid strep testing, wet preps, one round of PRP injection therapy, abscess drainage, ear wax removal, wart removal, wound repair, pap smears, and flu shots. Additional services like x-rays, MRIs, and CT scans are available at discounted cash prices.

Memberships run for a 12-month contract period. If a patient cancels before the term ends, they owe either the remainder of the annual contract or the difference between services already received and payments already made. Patients who cancel cannot re-join the practice for one year.
