Adult memberships run $3,700 per year. Children aged 6 to 17 join at $1,500 per year as independent members or $500 per year as dependents. The Cove offers flexible payment plans, including annual, bi-annual, quarterly, and monthly options. The annual membership covers all office visits and the annual physical exam.

The Cove does not accept insurance for membership fees. The practice operates on a strictly membership-based model. Members may use an HSA account to seek reimbursement for membership costs. Labs and pharmaceuticals are available at contracted rates, often up to 90% lower than standard insurance pricing.

The Cove accepts new members starting at age 6. The practice serves children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. The dedicated Senior Fit program addresses the specific needs of adults in their 60s, 70s, 80s, and beyond, including fall prevention, brain health screening, and advance care planning.

Senior Fit is The Cove's dedicated care program for older adults. It covers mobility and fall prevention assessments, brain health and memory screening, medication management and deprescribing, and advance care planning. The program focuses on helping older patients stay strong, sharp, and prepared.

The Cove runs a dedicated Women's Health and Menopause program. Both Dr. Aaron Block and John Waters, APRN, hold the Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) credential. These include EKGs, skin biopsies, joint injections, wound care and suturing, abscess drainage, cryotherapy, small mass removal, and nebulizer treatments. The practice also performs point-of-care testing for blood sugar, HbA1C, flu, COVID, RSV, strep, and more.
