Dr. Olga Tezaguic and Dr. Jeffrey Swanson built the practice around a straightforward conviction: restoring trust between patients and their doctors. Together, they serve patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors, across Wichita Falls and northern Texoma.
The practice operates on a monthly membership model with fees set by age group, starting at $65 for patients up to age 25 and $85 for adults ages 26 to 64. Members receive same-day or next-day appointments lasting 30 to 60 minutes. Both physicians offer 24/7 access via text, phone, email, and video chat. The clinical scope runs wide, covering urgent care, chronic disease management, preventive care, osteopathic manipulation, IV infusion therapies, in-office ultrasound imaging, and travel medicine consultations. Dr. Tezaguic holds fellowship training in Geriatric Medicine and leads the practice's senior care program. The practice also operates in both English and Spanish, reflecting Dr. Tezaguic's fluency in both languages.
