Spry Personal Primary Care

Spry offers two plans: Spry Choice and Spry Complete. Spry Choice charges an annual membership fee and lets members pay per visit or service. Spry Complete charges an annual membership fee and covers unlimited primary care visits, vaccines, blood draws, EKG, hearing and vision screenings, health coaching, and stress management with no additional out-of-pocket costs.

Yes. Spry accepts Aetna, Anthem, Medical Mutual, Medicare, and United Healthcare. The practice helps members with insurance reimbursement regardless of their plan. Membership fees are separate from insurance coverage, so members should maintain their existing health insurance.

Yes. Spry offers same-day appointments and no wait times. Members schedule through the MySpry app, by phone, email, or text. The practice also makes appointments available before and after standard office hours when members need them.

Every scheduled appointment runs at least 30 minutes. If a patient needs more time, the practice accommodates that. Longer visits allow the physicians to explore health concerns fully and get to know patients as individuals.

Yes. Spry physicians remain available by call, text, or email 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Standard office hours run Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, but members can contact their physician any time for urgent questions or concerns.

Yes. Spry offers virtual visits for members who prefer remote care. The practice embraced telemedicine early and continues to offer it based on patient preference. Telehealth visits provide the same direct physician access as in-person appointments.

Spry Complete covers unlimited primary care visits, all vaccines, blood draws, EKG, hearing and vision screenings, health coaching, and stress management. Members pay no additional out-of-pocket costs for these primary care services beyond the annual membership fee.

Yes. Both physicians personally coordinate specialist referrals within each patient's insurance network. In most cases, the practice schedules subspecialty appointments within days. The doctors follow up after specialist visits to ensure continuity of care.

Yes. Spry offers plastic surgery consultations and procedures through Dr. David J. Rowe, MD, covering both cosmetic and medical services. O. medical grade skin care line and esthetician consultations. These services are available to both members and non-members.

Spry occupies a private suite in downtown Cleveland at 811 Prospect Avenue East. The office does not look or feel like a traditional medical office. Staff greet patients by name, offer refreshments, and keep patient volume low so members are typically the only patient in the waiting room. Validated parking is available in a surface lot or the adjacent garage.
