About

At Sona Via Health, Dr. Harika Pal brings primary care and integrative medicine together under one roof. Her practice takes an investigative approach, looking for the underlying causes of health concerns rather than treating symptoms in isolation. Dr. Pal draws on more than 15 years of family medicine experience across diverse clinical settings, including leadership roles at Montefiore Medical Center, the Institute for Family Health, and Parsley Health. The practice serves patients ages 11 and up, including individuals, couples, and families. Every visit is with Dr. Pal herself. Her clinical work spans hormone and metabolic health, gut and cardiometabolic conditions, autoimmune and inflammatory disorders, women's health, and chronic disease prevention. Members pay a flat annual fee of $2,500, with no co-pays or surprise bills. The office sits inside Lina NoMad at 245 5th Ave in Manhattan, with telemedicine available for patients in New York and New Jersey.
