Sona Via Health

Membership at Sona Via Health costs $2,500 per year. Members can pay the full amount at once or split the cost into four payments. The membership covers all visits and ongoing primary care, with no co-pays or surprise bills.

Your membership covers all primary care visits with Dr. Pal, including annual physicals, cancer screenings, chronic disease management, integrative and functional medicine guidance, women's health, sexual health, travel medicine, and medication management. It also includes care coordination and referrals to outside specialists when needed.

Labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests are not included and are billed separately by the lab or facility. Specialty functional medicine testing, such as gut microbiome or hormone panels, is also billed separately. Medications, supplements, medical equipment, and care from outside specialists or hospitals fall outside the membership as well. Patients can use their insurance for these services.

Sona Via Health does not bill insurance for primary care. Your membership fee covers your visits directly. Many patients use their existing insurance for outside labs, imaging, medications, and specialist referrals.

Yes. Dr. Pal holds telehealth appointments on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Telehealth visits require patients to be physically located in New York or New Jersey at the time of the appointment, per state licensing regulations.

Sona Via Health serves patients ages 11 and up, including individuals, couples, and families. Dr. Pal works with adults, adolescents, and patients across a wide range of health concerns, from preventive care to chronic condition management.

The office sits inside Lina NoMad at 245 5th Ave, 3rd Floor, New York, NY 10016. All appointments are by appointment only. Dr. Pal sees patients in person on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and holds telemedicine appointments on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Yes. Every appointment at Sona Via Health is with Dr. Pal. The practice does not use rotating physicians or physician assistants, so Dr. Pal maintains a continuous, detailed understanding of each patient's history and care.
