Soma offers three tiers: Soma Core at $3,500 per year, Soma Advanced at $6,500 per year, and Soma Elite at $13,500 per year. Core focuses on access and prevention. Advanced adds deep diagnostics including an 85+ biomarker panel, DEXA, FibroScan, VO2 Max testing, CGM, and GLP-1 management. Elite includes everything in Advanced plus bi-annual executive wellness sessions, an annual cardiovascular evaluation with Dr. Kadakia, full-body MRI, coronary imaging, cognitive assessment, and digital health integration. The Elite tier caps at 30 members.

Soma structures membership billing in three installments: 50% at signup, 25% at three months, and 25% at six months. The practice does not bill insurance for membership services. Members can request superbills for potential reimbursement. HSA and FSA funds may apply.

Yes. Soma offers a one-time consultation with Dr. Munshi for $950. If you join any membership tier within 14 days of that consultation, Soma credits the full $950 toward your first year. The practice also offers an Elite Diagnostic Package at $8,500 for Core and Advanced members, or $10,000 for non-members, which includes the complete diagnostic suite without a primary care commitment.

Soma opens its Salinas and Monterey clinics in early summer 2026. The practice currently accepts founding memberships and schedules introductory calls to walk prospective members through the tiers. Founding members can also begin scheduling diagnostics before the clinic opening date.

Soma operates as a cash-pay practice and does not bill insurance for membership services. Members can request superbills for potential reimbursement through their insurance provider. Traditional Medicare beneficiaries have access to a separate Medicare Core tier covering primary care only.

The clinics operate Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Soma reserves Fridays for administrative work and does not schedule regular visits that day. Urgent televisits and phone touchpoints are available on Fridays if something comes up.

Soma has two locations: 947 Blanco Circle, Suite C in Salinas, and 1077 Cass Street, Suite B in Monterey. Dr. Munshi splits her time between both offices. Dr. Kadakia works primarily from Salinas. Most diagnostic testing takes place at the Salinas location.

No. Soma is an adult-only practice. All members must be 18 years of age or older.

The Soma Longevity Portfolio is a physical record of each member's health evolution. It contains trend lines across key biomarkers, advanced imaging results, and a personalized longevity strategy. Advanced and Elite members receive the Portfolio as part of their membership tier.

Soma operates what it calls the Soma Specialist Collective, coordinating care with specialists across Monterey County. Through the Soma Advocacy Advantage, the practice helps members navigate to the right specialist, shares the Soma roadmap with that provider, and integrates their findings back into the member's long-term plan. Members always choose their own specialist.
