About

At Soma Concierge Care, Dr. Dipti Munshi and Dr. Rikin Kadakia deliver physician-led longevity medicine across two California locations. The practice opens its Salinas and Monterey clinics in early summer 2026. Founding memberships are currently available. Dr. Munshi serves as primary care physician and founder. Dr. Kadakia leads cardiometabolic care as the practice's Soma Cardiometabolic Lead. Soma organizes its clinical work across ten domains: metabolic health, cardiovascular, hormonal health, longevity, weight and GLP-1, cognitive and brain health, gut and digestive health, sleep and recovery, men's health, and women's health. The practice assesses over 350 data points through advanced diagnostics. Three membership tiers structure the depth of care: Soma Core at $3,500 per year, Soma Advanced at $6,500 per year, and Soma Elite at $13,500 per year, capped at 30 members. Diagnostic services include VO2 Max testing, DEXA body composition, FibroScan, Coronary CT Angiography, Full Body MRI, Galleri multi-cancer screening, and whole genome sequencing, among others.
