Sol Direct Primary Care

Adult membership runs $100 per month. Patients between ages 5 and 20 pay $85 per month, or $55 per month when paired with an adult membership. A one-time enrollment fee of $50 applies, with a family cap of $100. All fees are subject to applicable taxes and transaction costs.

The monthly fee covers comprehensive primary care, including preventive care, management of acute and chronic conditions, and a range of minor procedures.
