At Home Town Doc LLC, Dr. Stephanie Lucero delivers comprehensive family medicine to the Northern New Mexico community she grew up in. She founded the practice as Northern New Mexico's first Direct Primary Care clinic. Her goal was to return family medicine to its root values of clinical excellence and compassionate patient care.

Dr. Lucero cares for patients of all ages. Her clinical scope covers chronic condition management, preventive screenings, women's health, sports medicine, basic mental health management, and much more. She conducts home visits for acutely ill or homebound patients within a defined service area at no extra charge. The practice runs on a flat monthly membership of $100, with no co-pays, deductibles, or hidden charges. The practice is currently full, but prospective patients can join the waiting list.
