Sol Direct Primary Care

Sol Direct Primary Care offers three membership tiers. Sol Complete costs $150 per month and includes an annual exam with labs, four office visits, unlimited telehealth, and unlimited portal and text messaging. Sol Elite costs $250 per month and adds more office visits, extensive labs, and 50% off Sol Fit Club. Youth members ages 12 to 26 pay $100 per month with the same benefits as Sol Complete. Each tier requires a one-time enrollment fee, ranging from $199 to $399.

Sol Direct Primary Care does not accept insurance for membership fees. The practice operates on a direct-pay model, removing insurance from the patient-physician relationship. Both the Sol Complete and Sol Elite memberships qualify as HSA and FSA eligible expenses, so members can use those funds to cover their monthly fees.

New patients begin with a VIP Physical, priced at $299 with no membership required. That 60-minute appointment includes annual labs and a complimentary 3D Styku Body Composition Scan. If you choose to enroll in a membership within 30 days of your VIP Physical, the practice waives your enrollment fee.

Yes. All membership tiers include unlimited portal messaging and text communication with Dr. Cooke. Members do not need to wait for a scheduled visit to ask questions or address concerns. This direct access is a core part of how Sol Direct Primary Care delivers care.

Sol Direct Primary Care offers unlimited telehealth visits to all members across every tier. Virtual visits allow members to connect with Dr. Cooke for follow-ups, prescription management, and routine questions without traveling to the office.

Sol Fit Club is a six-month physician-led medical weight loss program. Dr. Cooke designed it around metabolic testing, including Basal Metabolic Rest Testing and VO2 Max testing, paired with monthly Styku body scans and free labwork. The program includes access to medications such as Semaglutide and Tirzepatide where appropriate. Sol Elite members receive 50% off enrollment.

Sol Direct Primary Care centers its mission on Black women's health and wellness. The practice also welcomes men and patients of all genders, colors, and backgrounds. The one ask is that all patients stand in strong support of Black women's health.

Sol Direct Primary Care offers laser hair removal using Soprano Platinum technology, which uses SHR ultrasound-based delivery safe for melanated skin. Dr. Cooke also performs Alma TED hair restoration consultations, a needle-free, no-downtime procedure. Additional skincare services formulated with melanin in mind round out the aesthetic offerings.

Appointments run 30 to 60 minutes. The practice also offers same-day and same-week availability. That combination of time and access means patients do not face rushed visits or long waits to be seen.

Sol Direct Primary Care sees patients Tuesday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM by appointment only. Members can reach Dr. Cooke via the patient portal or text outside of office hours for non-urgent needs.
