Adult memberships start at $500 per month. Children through age 26 pay $210 per month. Couples memberships run $830 per month, and a family plan covering two adults and two children costs $1,000 per month, with each additional child at $120 per month. All plans bill annually by default, though monthly and quarterly billing is available on request. A one-time enrollment fee of $250 applies.

Every membership includes unlimited office visits, virtual appointments, direct phone and text access to your doctor, annual physicals, preventive care, chronic disease management, care coordination, and minor in-office procedures.
