25 per month. Pediatric and senior pricing differs. The monthly fee covers all primary care and sports medicine services, concierge benefits, nutrition and life coaching, in-office labs, and procedures. The practice determines nursing home and homebound pricing on an individual basis.

The membership covers primary care and sports medicine visits, urgent care, comprehensive annual wellness visits, advanced cardiometabolic testing, body composition analysis, nutrition counseling, life coaching, and in-office procedures. Members also receive 24/7 access to an on-call physician, same-day or next-day urgent appointments, telemedicine visits, and direct communication with their physician by phone, email, or patient portal.

The practice does not bill private insurance for membership fees. However, Placer Private Physicians collects no copays from private insurance patients. Medicare patients are welcome; the practice bills Medicare for certain covered medical services while the membership covers additional concierge benefits that Medicare does not cover.

Yes. The practice offers same-day and next-day urgent care appointments for members. Keeping the panel intentionally small allows the physicians to maintain that availability for every patient.

Members have 24/7 access to one of the on-call physicians. You can reach the practice directly by phone, email, or through the EPIC My Health Online patient portal at any time. Prompt direct communication with your physician is a core feature of the membership.

Yes. Placer Private Physicians offers video telemedicine visits for appropriate situations. The physicians also make home visits when medically warranted and will meet patients in the emergency room or visit them in the hospital.

Yes. A registered dietitian works on staff at Placer Private Physicians. Members receive access to nutrition counseling and life coaching as part of the monthly membership. The practice also offers individualized wellness programs with personal goal monitoring.

The practice performs a wide range of procedures in-office, including skin biopsies, lesion excisions, cryotherapy, joint injections, laceration repair, casting and splinting, and point-of-care ultrasound. Diagnostic testing such as EKG, spirometry, urinalysis, glucose testing, strep testing, and influenza testing also takes place on-site.

Yes. The practice welcomes Medicare patients. The physicians bill Medicare for covered medical services. The monthly membership covers additional concierge benefits beyond what Medicare provides.
